Deleted accounts may remain recoverable for up to 45 days. After this period, associated data is permanently removed, subject to backup retention policies.

Our Intellectual Property

All software, trademarks, branding, designs, and content provided by Sidecar AI remain our exclusive property.

Limited License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our services in accordance with these Terms.

Paid Services

Certain features may require payment through subscription plans.

Billing

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the preceding 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sidecar AI, its officers, employees, partners, and affiliates against claims arising from:

By You
